Food truck Ola Kala Van je koncept pražské školy vaření Ola Kala, která své první studio otevřela už ve 2007. Na Dyzajnmarket přiváží jako svůj „signature“ asijský street food původem z Vietnamu s názvem Banh Xeo pod obchodní značkou BX placka. Základem je žlutá "asijská palačinka", tzv. sssyčící placka, která je bez lepku a bez laktózy. Do ní se balí různé náplně a navrch patří čerstvé asijské bylinky a dle druhu i typické omáčky (Tonkatsu, Nuoc Cham, Hoisin, Teriyaki a další). K ochutnání budou masové BX bůček, BX kachna a BX kuře doplněné o vegan BX hlíva a BX Chili Ta, která je navržená významnou influencerskou osobností. Koncept BX je na trhu street food v ČR jedinečný, a proto stojí za to Ola Kala Van navštívit.
